If this is your first time, here's how the evening flows. Members and guests both want to know.
Le Mont with the city skyline through the windows. Wine, food, mingling, meeting new faces, catching up with old ones. Members make introductions to guests they brought. Nonprofits arrive and find their table. A few local vendors are set up around the room. Shop them if you like, or just say hi.
Each nonprofit stands and gives a 30-second introduction. No slides, no formality. Just who they are and what they do. The whole room hears who showed up that night.
Members write down one nonprofit they want to nominate on a ballot. Three ballots are drawn from a hat. That's how we decide who pitches. No curation, no committee, no politics.
The three drawn nonprofits each take five minutes to tell their story. The work, the impact, what our funding could change. You'll feel something during at least one of the three. That's the point.
Members vote anonymously. The winner is announced. The pooled donation is handed over that night. Photos. Hugs. Out by 7:00 sharp.

Members can bring as many guests as they want. Each guest fills out her own RSVP.
